Ingredients

    1 Tbs olive oil
    1 lb lean ground turkey
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 large red bell pepper, chopped
    3 garlic cloves, chopped
    1 (14.5 oz) dac diced tomatoes
    1 (15 oz) can kidney beans
    1 cup water
    1 Tbs chili powder
    1 tsp of cumin, oregano, coriander, red pepper flakes

Directions

Heat oil and brown meat. Add onion, pepper and garlic. Cook until soft. Add rest of ingredients and bring to boil. Simmer for 1 hr.
