Number of Servings: 6


    4 packages oriental soup base
    5 cups water
    1 block packaged tofu (1/2 if packaged in water)
    1 cup scallions, chopped
    1 sheet wakame seaweed, cut into short, small strips


Bring the water to a boil and add the soup base. Stir well and reduce heat to low. Add the scallions and cover until ready to serve. Add the seaweed and tofu just prior to serving.
