Directions

Slice top of chicken breast & put in bowl & coat with olive oil. Next stuff with cream cheese, swiss, & shredded mozzarella, half in each breast. Close & secure tight with toothpick. Use italian spices on breast. I used italian seasoning, basil, lemon pepper, black pepper, powdered garlic and a dash of salt. Afterwards drizzle breasts with bread crumbs. I also topped with extra basil & lemon seasoning with a spritz of lemon juice. Grease pan and cook on 425 for 25 min on middle rack. Cut each in half (makes 4 serv) and enjoy!
