    1/2 cup egg white substitute or 2 egg whites
    1/4 cup parmesan cheese
    1/2 cup bread crumbs
    1/4 tsp garlic powder
    1/4 tsp ground black pepper
    1 (10 oz.) package frozen spinach, thawed and drained
    1 lb ground turkey


In large bowl, combine all ingredients until well blended. Shape into 1 1/2 inch balls. Spray nonstick pan with cooking spray. Brown meatballs on medium heat. Keep moving so meatballs are brown on all sides. Cook on low for 15 minutes or until cooked through.
