Ingredients

    2 tsp olive oil
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    2 cloves of garlic
    1 lb of boneless skinless chicken breast
    1 15oz can of black beans
    1 4oz can of green chiles
    1/3 c of prepared salsa
    2 tbsp of fresh cilantro
    6 8" flour tortillas
    1.5 c of shredded cheese

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees

Heat oil in large skillet. Add oinon, garlic and cook 2 min. Add chicken and cook for 5 min or until cook through.

Stir in black beans, chiles, and salsa and simmer until sauce thickens.

Fill tortillas will equal amounts of filling and then put in 9x13 baking dish and then top with cheese.
Bake for about 15 minutes

Very Very Filling!!
