Ingredients

    1 15.5 oz. can Chick Peas, rinsed and drained
    1/2 Cup Red Bell Pepper, chopped
    1 Small Red of Sweet Onion, chopped
    1 Medium Cucumber, chopped
    1 TBSP Balsamic Vinegar
    1/4 tsp each Garlic Powder and Dried Oregano

Directions

Toss all ingredients and chill. Serving size is 2/3 cup - Makes 6 servings
