    1 Can Rotel
    1 to 1/2 packages turkey sausage
    1 medium to large onion
    mix of zucchini, squash, red peppers
    8 oz bowtie pasta or penne


Heat up water to boiling and boil pasta according to package directions. While boiling, saute vegetables in a bit of oil or nonstick pan. Add sliced sausages and rotel and warm through. Add pasta; mix and serve. Can use any mix of vegetables that you like and can use penne or bowtie.
