    2 La Tortilla Factory Garlic and Herb Low Carb Tortillas
    1/2 C black beans
    1/4 C mexican cheese blend
    1/4 t ground cumin
    1/2 C chopped romaine lettuce
    1/2 roma tomato, chopped
    1/2 jalapeno pepper, chopped
    1/4 onion, chopped
    juice of 1/2 a lime
    2 T light sour cream


Drain and rinse black beans in a colander. Place in microwave safe bowl with cumin. Microwave on high 1 1/2 minutes. Warm tortillas on camal (or in microwave) until warm. Divide black beans between tortillas. Mash with fork on tortilla. Sprinkle cheese on the warm beans of each wrap. Top with shredded lettuce. Combine tomato, jalapeno, onion and lime juice. Toss then divide between the 2 wraps. Add 1 T sour cream to each wrap. Wrap up like a burrito. Enjoy!
