    Fat free cream cheese, fat free sour cream, imitation crab, seasonings.


Chop Imitation crab into small pieces, I use food processor. Cream together cream cheese, sour cream and spices, then add in crab and mix. Let chill and then serve. Suggestions reduced fat Ritz crackers.
