    2 Jumbo Eggs
    1 Jumbo Egg White
    1 Tbsp + 1 tsp vegetable oil spread
    1 Tbsp + 1 tsp ketchup
    4 slices whole wheat bread


Beat eggs together, microwave 1 minute on high, stir, microwave another 30 seconds. Stir, add vegetable oil spread, stir some more (till crumbly) Serve on whole wheat bread with ketchup.
