Ingredients

    Canola spray to coat pie plate or meat loaf pan
    1.5 C old-fashioned oatmeal
    2 eggs
    .5 chopped onions
    .25 tsp black pepper
    1 C crushed crackers
    2 lbs of lean ground meat (beef or turkey)
    1 can tomato soup
    1 T worcestershire sauce
    1 C barbecue sauce


Directions

Mix ingredients together except barbecue sauce in bowl. Spray 2 pie pans or meat loaf pans with cooking spray. Shape the meat mixture into a loaf or pie shape in the center of the pans. Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes. Remove from oven and spread bbq sauce over top. Continue baking an additional 15 minutes.
