    * Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, 2 cup (remove)
    * Shrimp, raw, 32 oz (remove)
    * Broccoli, fresh, 2 cup, chopped (remove)
    * Carrots, raw, 2 cup, chopped (remove)
    * Ginger Root, 1 slices (1" dia) (remove)
    * *Duck Sauce, 8 tbsp (remove)
    * Corn Starch, 10 grams (remove)


Peel and De-vein shrimp
dice ginger
chop broccoli into bite size chunks
slice carrots and bell peppers into strips about 1/4"

cook Shrimp in high heat with ginger in pan
once shrimp is pink add bell peppers and carrots
after 2 minutes add broccoli.
continue to cook and stir food for 3-4 minutes
add 1/2 cup duck sauce in pan
If sauce is too watery mix 1 tbsp (14g) to 1 tbsp (14g) cold water and mix. add slowly to pan and stir in slowly until desired thickness is reached.
