Number of Servings: 64


    *Flour, white, .75 cup
    Granulated Sugar, 1 cup
    Salt, .25 tsp
    Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, .25 cup
    Butter, salted, .5 cup
    Egg, fresh, 2 large
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp
    Pecans, .5 cup, chopped


Mix ingredients in order listed. Add chopped pecans or nuts last. Pour into an 8" x 9" greased and floured pan (or use parchment paper for less mess). Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until toothpick inserted in middle of pan comes out clean. When done, brownies usually pull away from the edges of the pan. Let cool.
Frost with chocolate frosting or they are great just plain!
It is easy to double this recipe.
Cut into 1 inch squares for easy, on-the-go, pop-in-the-mouth good! Makes 64 1" bites.
