This recipe makes 75 1.5" meatballs. A serving is one meatball. This recipe makes 75 1.5" meatballs. A serving is one meatball.

    1/2 cup Onions, raw, chopped
    1/2 cup Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters)
    1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    1 tbsp Oregano, ground
    4 links mild Italian sausage
    2 lbs lean ground beef
    I can Hunts Diced Tomatoes w/ Basil, Garlic, and Oregano


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a food processor, place the onions, egg, parmesan and oregano. Blend until well chopped and well blended. Pour into large bowl and add in sausage and ground beef. Mix until well blended. Form into 1-2" meatballs and place on a foil lined cookie sheet (preferably one with a lip). Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. While baking, clean food processor. Once clean, pour can of tomatoes in and blend until smooth.

Once the meatballs have been baked and cooled, place in bowl and pour sauce over the top.
