I wanted a healthy, fresher option for breakfast that didn't get watered down. This shake, made with greek yogurt and ground flax seed, is thick and creamy. You'd never guess it has no added sugars, syrups and isn't watery since there are no ice cubes. It's very refreshing. Servings can be cut into thirds for a snack for multiple people. Ingredients

    1/2 cup Greek Yogurt 0%
    1/2 cup frozen strawberries
    1/2 cup skim milk
    1/2 banana
    2T Flax seed, milled

Directions

Put everything into a large plastic glass that will allow the stick blender to get to the bottom of the container. Blend with a stick blender until smooth. Serve.
