    2 scoops max muscle lean protein
    1 cup silk soymile (unsweetened vanilla)
    1/2 cup frozen pineapple
    1/4 of med banana (i have them frozen)
    1 tsp or to taste almond extract
    1 tsp or to taste of coconut extract
    sprinkle of stevia in the raw
    6 ice cubes
    1/2-1 cup of water.. reserved


makes 2 servings. or 1 big meal replacement!

Starting w soymilk .. place all ingredients (minus water) in blender . Blend until smooth and thick.. slowly add water to desired consistency.
