    2 cans (5 oz each) skipjack tuna light
    1/2 c chopped celery
    1/2 c chopped dill
    1/2 c chopped green onion
    4 T chopped parsley
    3 T fat free yogurt
    3 T mayonnaise (use reduced fat if you like)
    2 t dijon mustard
    lemon juice & pepper to taste


Chunk tuna in bite size pieces. Add all other ingredients and mix gently. Cover with foil and store in fridge for 2 hours before serving (it will taste better).

Makes 4 (approx 3/4 cup) servings.
