I cup of fresh spinach
3 medium mushrooms
2 cloves of garlic
1 scallion
1/4 cup of skim milk
1 tsp of olive oil
Directions
Chop up veggies to your liking.
On medium heat, sautee garlic, spinach and mushrooms in oil.
Whisk eggs and milk together, and add to frypan. Cook on medium heat until done.
