Number of Servings: 8


    Crust: Flour, yeast, water, honey, olive oil, salt

    Sauce: Rice milk, flour, garlic, salt & pepper, parmesan cheese

    Toppings: Peppers, spinach, sun dried tomatoes, mozzarella cheese, red onion (other veggies can be added as you wish)


Serving size: 1/8 of a 14" pizza.

Prepare crust, let rise 15 min.
Meanwhile, prepare sauce: Mix flour, garlic, salt and pepper, into rice milk and thicken in a bowl microwave (start with 45 seconds, stir, 45 more, til thickened). Add parmesan, microwave another 30 seconds. Set aside.

Topping: Microwave spinach in bowl with a small amount of water in dish, covered with plastic wrap. Place in colander to drain. Chop peppers and onions. Set aside.

Olive oil hands and spread pizza dough on pan or stone. Spread alfredo sauce on crust, add other toppings. Bake for 15 minutes at 450 degrees.
