    1 cup light sour cream
    1/2 cup olive oil
    4 eggs
    chocolate cake mix
    chocolate pudding fat free sugar free
    1 cup milk or semi sweet chocolate chips


makes 12 servings
deep covered baker 12 minute microwave cake
or 45 minute oven at 350.
mix eggs and oil with wisk. then wisk in sour cream. wisk in dry pudding mix. then wisk in cake mix. fold in 1 cup of chocolate chips. spray deep covered baker with oil then spoon mixture into baker evenly.
turntable microwave cook 11 minutes check for doneness

no turntable microwave cook 3 minutes turn 90degrees then repeat 3 times. 12 minutes total check for doneness.

oven at 350 for 45 minutes.
