    *5 Jalapeno or yellow peppers (they look like yellow jalapenos and are referred to as "chile guero")
    *Bacon (10 slices)
    *Fat free cream cheese (6oz)
    *1 tbsp Green onions (chopped)
    *1 tbsp chopped red bell pepper


Slice the peppers in half lengthwise. Carefully remove the seeds and white flesh. Mix the cream cheese with onions and the red pepper. Stuff the yellow peppers/jalapenos with the cream cheese mixture. Tightly wrap each pepper with a slice of bacon. You may want to insert a toothpick to hold the bacon in place. Grill peppers for about 20-30 minutes until bacon is fully cooked. The cream cheese may bubble a little, that's okay. Wait until the cool a little and enjoy! I like to serve as appetizers. But it could also be a side item.
