This is my husbands favourtie dish This is my husbands favourtie dish
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 Cup of medium grain brown rice
    1 Chicken breast skin off
    1 red onion - diced
    1 capsicum - diced
    2 large eggs
    3 tbls of light soy sauce
    1 tbls of sweet chilli sauce

Directions

Steam chicken breast
Cook 1 cup of rice
Cut capsicum and onions (diced) and cook for 5 minutes with 1 tbls of olive oil. Once tender add 2 egss and scramble them together. Add cooked rice and diced chicken, sauces and stir well.

Each serves is nearly 1 and a quarter cups.
