    50g plain white flour
    1 cup of mushrooms, sliced
    50g butter
    1 packet of jumbo prawns or 240g
    100g semi skimmed milk
    200g salmon fillet
    1 sheet puff pastry


melt butter in saucepan
saute onions and mushrooms in butter 2-3 mins
add flour to form roux and cook further 2 mins
gradually add milk and continue to stir until sauce thickens
cut fresh salmon into cubes and add
add prawns
transfer fish mixture into oven proof dish and top with sheet of puff pastry
cook in oven 190C or gas 5 for 30 mins until pastry is golden brown and salmon has cooked through
serve with mashed potato
