Number of Servings: 12


    2 lbs lean ground beef
    1 cup chopped onion
    3 cups shredded mexican cheese
    1 16 oz jar of salsa
    1 can of Campbells cheese soup
    1 can chopped green chiles
    12 ounces macaroni


Cook ground beef and onion together. Add to crock pot with other ingredients except elbow macaroni.

Cook for 7 hours on low. Boil macaroni according to package instructions and add to crock pot.

Makes 12 servings.
