Introduction
This is a soupy-chili, not thick. That way, you can eat more than just 1 cup! :) I use fresh tomato juice in the summer, but if it's winter, and I don't have fresh tomato juice, I just leave that out. Also, I use sodium-free beans (the recipe nutrition won't show that, because I couldn't find in the database.) This is a soupy-chili, not thick. Ingredients

Ground Turkey - extra Lean (about 20 ounces)
V8 Vegetable Juice, Low Sodium, 48 oz
Tomato juice, without salt added, 1 cup (remove)
Tomatoes, red, ripe, canned, whole, no salt added,
Kidney beans dark red, no salt added - 1 can
Pinto Beans, no salt added - 1 can
Chili powder, 2 tbsp
Cilantro, dried, .5 tbsp
Granulated Sugar, 3 tsp
Tomato Sauce, no salt added - 1 - 14.5 oz can
Onions, raw, 1.5 cup, chopped
Garlic, minced 1.5 tsp
Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tsp
Pepper, black, 1 tbsp
Cayanne Pepper (red), ground, to taste (1/4 tsp)
Directions
Brown hamburger in a skillet. In a soup pot, cook onions and garlic in 1 tsp olive oil. Then add hamburger, and all other ingredients. Heat to boiling, then simmer 15 minutes & serve.
