    Thyme, ground, 0.60 tbsp (remove)
    Parsley, 0.50 cup (remove)
    Spinach, frozen, 0.50 package (10 oz) yields (remove)
    Bell Pepper - Red - 1 large (164 gram), 82 gram(s) (remove)
    Parmesan Cheese, grated, 4 oz (remove)
    Eggplant, fresh, 1 eggplant, unpeeled (approx 1-1/4 lb (remove)
    2% mozarella Cheese, 1.75 cup (remove)
    Raw White Onion (Serving = 1 medium Onion), .3 serving (remove)
    Tomatos, canned 35 oz plum per can, 2 serving (remove)
    *80/20 ground beef, 10 oz (remove)
    *Butterball 97/3 ground turkey, 21.3 oz (remove)

Brown the gromeat in a skillet over moderate heat; drain any excess fat. Stir in red pepper flakes, thyme, tomato sauce, , and water. In a bowl combine the egg substitute, ricotta, Italian cheese blend, and parsley. Place enough meat sauce to cover the bottom of slow cooker. Slice eggplant onto 'lasaagna ' size slices, top meat mixture, broken to cover the meat sauce. Repeat layer. Top second layer with cheese mixture and finish with a top layer of the meat mixture. Cover and set slow cooker on low. Cook for 3 1/2 to 4 hours.
