    1.5 lbs. lean ground beef
    1/3 C. Dried Cranberries
    1 egg
    1/4 C skim milk
    1/2 C Ketchup
    2 tbsp. mustard
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1/4 of yellow onion
    1/4 C Italian breadcrumbs
    1 can tomato soup
    1/2 can of water


Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Chop up onion into small pieces. In small skillet add 1 tsp. olive oil and a splash of water. Once pan is hot add chopped onion, cook onion until browned and tender.
Get large mixing bowl and put ground beef in, add eggs, milk, ketchup, mustard oregano, garlic salt, breadcrumbs, and cooked onions. Mix all ingredients with hands or mixing spoon until all the ingredients are evenly mixed. Transfer ground beef mixture to a loaf pan. Place tomato soup directly on top of meatloaf. Add 1/2 can of water directly on top of the soup and place dish into oven. cook for 45min to 1 hour.

Serve with steamed broccoli and brown rice. for the perfect 500 calorie dinner.
