Introduction

Sounds kind of crazy, but this recipe is great - and a real change of pace. My inlaws, who think ketchup is a little exotic, absolutely loved it. Sounds kind of crazy, but this recipe is great - and a real change of pace. My inlaws, who think ketchup is a little exotic, absolutely loved it.

    Coarse salt for sprinkling

Directions

Preheat oven to 500 degrees F.
In a large bowl, toss cauliflower florets with melted butter.
In a small bowl, combine sugar, paprike, salt, pepper, cinnamon, and cumin.

This was AMAZING! I used olive oil and only 3 TBSP, next time I will only use 2 and see how it works out! - 10/24/12

    Very Good
I made this this evening for dinner and it was so delicious! I swapped the sugar for a no calorie sweetener and it worked fine. It was a very interesting taste. I'm happy I have left overs! Also, personally, I find splitting a cauliflower head into 8 serving sizes is too many. - 6/8/14

    Very Good
I accidently used brown sugar as I wasn't paying attn to the box. I also used coconut oil and fried in a pan. Very good. I didn't have paprika on hand so I will try again using paprika. - 4/23/13
