    2 cups cooked (hot) brown rice
    1 Can beans, black eyed peas drained and rinsed
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    1 tablespoon chopped garlic
    1 tablespoon butter


Saute garlic and onions in butter. Add beans until hot. Mix into cooked rice. Make 8 1/2 cup servings.
