Extremely easy chili for a cold winter's day! Extremely easy chili for a cold winter's day!
Number of Servings: 7


    1 lb Ground Bison (buffalo)
    1 can diced tomatoes
    1 small green chile, minced
    1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
    1 can red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
    1 can tomato soup
    1/2 medium white onion, chopped
    1 tsp garlic salt (or 1 clove garlic, minced)
    1/2 tbsp ground cumin
    1.5 tbsp chile powder
    2 tsp paprika
    1 tsp red pepper flakes


Brown bison in a pan and add 1/2 tbsp of cumin and chile powder. Mix tomatoes, onions, beans, remaining spices, chile and bison in the slow cooker. Cook on low for 8 hours.
