1 lbs Ground Turkey- 99% fat free
1 Tbsp Extra Virgin Light Olive Oil
    1 Cup Onion, chopped
    1 Cup Summer Squash, sliced
    1 Cup Zucchini, sliced
    1 Bell Pepper, Chopped
1 Can Hunts Diced Tomatoes (garlic, oregano)
    1 Can Hunts Tomoto Sauce
    1 Can Water
    1/4 Cup Honey
    3-4 Tbsp Cumin
    1 Tbsp Chili Spice
Salt & Pepper to taste--I like to add red pepper flakes as well for an extra kick.
    1/4 Cup Siracha

    1 Can White Beans

In a dutch oven--sautee onions and peppers in olive oil until they begin to soften---add turkey and brown.
Add spices, tomatoes, sauce and water, and honey; combine.
Add squash, zucchini and beans let simmer for about an hour on low-medium.
Combine flour with a little bit of water to make a paste--pour into Chili to thicken- let simmer on low anywhere from 20 mins to 4 hours, stirring occassionally.
I like to make this on Sundays and let it simmer all day but it still very good if in a rush.

Top with chopped onions, cheese and or a dallop of sour cream. Enjoy!

Makes about 6 servings.
