This chowder is okay in fat there is bacon and butter though. This chowder is okay in fat there is bacon and butter though.
Number of Servings: 6


    Shrimp - 4 oz
    Bacon 3 slices
    Potato 3 medium
    Milk 1%
    99% fat free chicken broth


Take a big soup pot and cook 3 strips of bacon.
Take the bacon and set aside.
Cook onion in the fat
Cook shrimp.
Remove shrimp.
Add broth.
Add chopped potato.
Add 1 extra cup of water.
Boil potatos.
Add the shrimp.
Crumble bacon and add.
Add drained canned corn.
Add 1 cup of milk.
In a bowl add flour and 1 cup of milk and mix.
While soup is still boiling, add that mixture.

It should thicken the soup.

Serve hot!
