    1/4 cup margarine
    2 eggs
    1 cup sugar
    1 tsp vanilla
    3 large bananas (mashed)
    1 - 1/2 cups flour
    1 tsp baking soda
    1 cup of semi sweet chocolate chips


cream margarine, eggs and sugar together. Add vanilla and cream again. Mash bananas together and mix in. In a seperate bowl sift together flour and baking powder. Gradually add to mixture and stir in until just mixed. Do not over mix! Add chocoloate chips if you desire. Spoon into muffin tins and cook for 25 min at 350 degrees. Makes 12 muffins.
