Ingredients

    2 16 oz pkg Dried Green Split Peas
    2 Goya Chicken Bouillon Cubes
    2 packets Sazon without Annatto (GOYA)
    1/2 LBS Smoked Ham Hocks
    1 medium onion
    2 Cloves Garlic
    2 Medium Carrot
    Salt and Pepper to taste
    12 c Water

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a 6 - 8 quart stockk pot. Bring to boil uncovered. Reduce to a simmer. Cover. Continue simmering until peas are tender adding more water as needed. Makes 12 one cup servings.
