    4 ounces of Tilapia
    .33 cup of sliced onion
    1 small jalapeno pepper
    2 corn tortillas
    Hot sauce to taste


Saute onions and pepper in a non stick skillet. When they become slightly tender add the fish and break into pieces with a fork. Cook until fish is done. (no longer translucent)

Warm tortillas in the microwave or over a gas burner.

Put fish mixture into the two tortillas and top with hot sauce to taste.
