    1 tsp or 1 packet Yellow Mustard
    1 small (2-1/2" dia) (approx 4 per lb) Apples, fresh with skin
    1 can Tuna, Canned in Water, drained
    1 packet (0.5 oz) Honey
    4 oz Horizon Fat Free Vanilla yogurt


Combine tuna, apple, yogurt, mustard, and honey. Spread 1/2 cup mixture on 3 bread slices. Top each with remaining bread. Cut each sandwich in half. (bread not calculated in nutritional info)
