    1 can tuna (6 oz.), drained
    1 small apple, halved and chopped
    1/4 cup lowfat vanilla yogurt
    1 tsp. mustard
    1 tsp. honey
    6 slices whole wheat bread


Combine tuna, apple, yogurt, mustard, and honey. Spread 1/2 cup mixture on 3 bread slices. Top each with remaining bread. Cut each sandwich in half

Makes six 1/2 sandwiches.
