    Barilla BowTie Pasta, 10 oz
    Morningstar Farms Better 'n Burgers (veggie burgers), 4 patty
    Spaghetti/Marinara Sauce (tomato sauce), 26 ounces
    Best Choice Fat Free Cottage Cheese, 1 cup
    Kraft Mozzarella Finely shredded Part Skim cheese, 1 cup
    Parmesan Cheese, grated, .25 cup
    Parsley, dried, 1 tbsp


Cook pasta according to package directions, omitting salt; drain. In a deep nonstick skillet or wok, cook veggie meat for 3-4 minutes until done. Add pasta sauce and heat. In a medium bowl, combine remaining ingredients and mix well. Add cheese mixture to sauce and mix well until throughly heated. Add cooked pasta to sauce and toss to coat.
