    1 yellow onion
    1 green pepper
    1 tsp olive oil
    1 package turkey keilbasa
    1 can diced tomatoes
    2 cans dark red kidney beans
    1 tbsp oregano (or to taste)
    2 tsp Chipotle Tabasco Sauce (or to taste)
    4 cups brown rice.


Saute onion and pepper until tender crisp in olive oil. Add remaining ingredients (except rice) and simmer 10-15 minutes. Serve over rice.
