    19 oz can Kidney beans
    19 oz can Black beans
    28 oz can low sodium diced tomatoes
    6 oz can tomato paste
    135 gr frozen yellow corn
    1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
    1 med onion diced
    3 large cloves garlic diced
    2 large stalks celery diced
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp garlic salt
    8 oz V8 Juice
    16 oz water
    3 Tbsp chili powder
    2 Tbsp ground cumin


Saute onions, garlic and celery till soft.
Add beans, diced tomatoes,tomato paste, V8, water and spices. Bring to a boil.
Add corn and simmer for 1 hour.
Serves 11 (1 cup servings).
