Introduction

This makes alot of pumpkin bread, but it is really good and will not last long! This makes alot of pumpkin bread, but it is really good and will not last long!
Number of Servings: 50

Ingredients

    1 cup olive oil
    2 c. white sugar
    2 c. brown sugar
    1 (1lb. 13 oz.) can pumpkin
    5 cups flour
    2 cups nuts
    2 cups raisins
    4 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. ginger
    1/4 tsp. cloves
    1 c. chocolate chips
    (optional--if you use them, only add 1 c. raisins)

Directions

Mix all ingredients together. Pour into four (9X5 - inch) loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour.
