This is good when your family is sick with the flu, or a cold. This is good when your family is sick with the flu, or a cold.
Number of Servings: 12


    10 boneless, skinless, chicken thighs, uncooked
    Water to cover (about 10 cups)
    3 cups chopped carrots
    3 c. pasta, uncooked
    2 Tbsp. Oregano
    1 Tbsp. Organic No Salt Seasoning
    1/2 c. Liquid aminos or soy sauce


Put chicken thighs in a large pot and cover with enough water to cook in. Cook for about 35 minutes. Remove chicken from the broth and add carrots and pasta. Cut the chicken into bite size pieces, then return to the pan. Add oregano to taste, and seasoning. Add Liquid Aminos or soy sauce to the soup to your salt preference and serve immediately.
