Ingredients

1lb Skinless Chicken Breast, Two stalks of Bok Choy, 1 cup shredded Cabbage, 1 cup diced celery, 1.5 cups of sliced carrots, 1 small Onion, .5 cup of Green Peppers, 1 can 15oz Baby Corn, 1 can 15oz Bean sprouts, 3 tbls Olive Oil extra virgin.
Directions
Makes 4-1 1/2 cup servings
In a Woc or large skillet put olive Oil in pan and saute Chicken then add carrots and celery until cooked add cabbage and Bok Choy, Onion and Green Peppers cover and simmer for about 10 minutes add baby corn and bean sprouts mix well and cover and simmer until baby corn is heated then remove from heat and serve. Spice to taste also try some low sodium soy sauce.
