Ingredients

    12 oz. turkey breakfast sausage
    2 cups low fat cheese, shredded
    1 cup Heart Smart Bisquick
    1 cup Egg Beater's
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 small onion, chopped fine
    2 cups skim milk

Directions

Sautee onions, then add sausage and brown. Place in bottom of 9x13 baking dish and cover with cheese. Mix remaining ingredients together and pour over sausage mixture. Bake 30 to 40 minutes or until lightly brown.
