    14oz. can Artichoke Hearts, chopped
    5 oz. frozen spinach, chopped
    .5 cup light sour cream
    .25 cup light mayo
    .25 cup light cream cheese
    .25 cup parmesean or romano cheese
    6 cloves garlic, minced


Combine artichoke hearts, spinach, sour cream mayo, cream cheese and garlic mixing well. Place in oven safe casserole dish and sprinkle with parmesean/romano. Bake at 375 for 25 minutes or until bubbly and brown on edges.
