Filling and light alternative to a burger! Filling and light alternative to a burger!
Number of Servings: 8


    1 lb Ground Turkey
    1 cup Bread crumbs, dry, grated, seasoned
    1 can black beans - drained and rinsed
    1/2 cup Green Peppers (bell peppers), chopped
    1/2 cup Onions, chopped
    2 tbsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce
    1/4 cup Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters)


Combine all ingredients and season with your choice of seasonings (I used Everglades seasoning) and form into 8 even patties. Heat large skillet and coat with non-stick cooking spray. Cook patties for about 6 minutes on each side, flipping only once (so they don't fall apart), until cooked through. Serve with your favorite burger toppings (not included in NI).
