    Organic Valley Ground Chicken, Frozen, 16 oz
    2 Yellow, green or Red Bell Pepper
    Onions, raw, 1 large
    Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced
    Tomato Sauce, 1 cup
    Water, tap, 10 cup (8 fl oz)
    Garlic, .25 cup
    *Oregeno, 1 tsp
    Salt, 3 tbsp
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 7 large whole (3" dia)


Saute Onion, celery, bell peper in a pan without any oil. They will form a liquid and that will cause them not to burn. Add your chicken into the pan and cook them all together until chicken is done and brown. Add water and tomato's and they your spices. Simmer for an hour or longer.
