Ingredients

    Pumpernickel Bread
    Hummus
    Gorgonzola Cheese Crumbles
    Macintosh Apple
    Field Greens
    Sliced Turkey Breast

Directions

Spread humus on one slice of bread, add and spread the cheese crumbles, slice the apple (I only use half) into thin strips and put on top of cheese. Add turkey and field greens, place other piece of bread on top. Slice sandwich in half, and enjoy.

I usually use a roasted pepper hummus for added flavor.
