    3 cups water
    2 chicken bouillon cubes or 2 teaspoon chicken broth granules
    2 tablespoons chopped onion
    2 tablespoons chopped celery
    1 oz. finely chopped cooked chicken breast
    1 whole egg
    2 egg whites


Combine the water, broth flavoring, onion, celery, and chicken breast in a saucepan. Simmer until celery and onion are cooked -- about 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, beat the egg and egg whites. Then stir the egg mixture into the hot bubbling soup. The egg will cook almost instantaneously.

Remove from heat. Makes one serving
