Introduction

Great for a post-exercise snack or a well-rounded quick breakfast. Great for a post-exercise snack or a well-rounded quick breakfast.

Ingredients

    1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
    1/2 t. coconut extract
    1/2 med. banana, fresh or frozen
    1 scoop vanilla protein powder, favorite brand
    1 1/2 c. unsweetened almond milk, favorite brand

Directions

Put all ingredients into blender. Add some ice cubes if one or both of fruit is not frozen. Blend well until smooth and pour into tall glasses.
