    canola or olive oil
    canned tomatoes
    chick peas (garbanzo beans) 1 can
    1 package of frozen spinach


sautee onions in tumeric with garlic in olive or canola oil in a dutch oven and then just throw the rest of the ingredients in, stir and bake in oven at 300F for 30 minutes. it' s a recipe that's better the following day too! this makes around 7 1 cup servings
